- 16 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt
- 6 oz. red wine vinegar
- 2 oz. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 7 teaspoons light brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.

- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite green salad or vegetables. Season to taste as needed.
