Fat Free Basil & Red Wine Vinaigrette


  • 16 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz. red wine vinegar
  • 2 oz. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 7 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.
Yield: 24 Tbsp.


  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite green salad or vegetables. Season to taste as needed.
