Participate in FH Research Study

pfc Opinion Research is developing an online market research panel of patients who have been diagnosed with Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). Eligible patients will be asked to participate in an initial survey and additional surveys approximately once a month. The goal of the panel is to identify ways to make FH patients’ lives better, and identify challenges faced and treatment expectations. Respondents will receive gift cards in the amount of $10-$20 for each completed survey. All responses will be kept confidential.
