Soy Ginger Dressing


  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil


  1. Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and ginger.
  2. Slowly add canola oil and whisk together.
  3. Add to cucumber salad before serving (see salad recipes), or serve with your favorite salad or vegetables.
