- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and ginger.
- Slowly add canola oil and whisk together.
- Add to cucumber salad before serving (see salad recipes), or serve with your favorite salad or vegetables.
