• 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast with fat trimmed off
  • 4 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs Old Cape Cod fat free soy and ginger dressing
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 cup fat free cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook chicken as desired and cut into small pieces
  • In a wok/large saucepan add milk, cornstarch, dressing and garlic powder
  • Bring to boil
  • Reduce to simmer
  • Once heat is reduced, add chicken
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes or until thickened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
