Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups broth
  • 4 teaspoons ranch packet
  • 4-5 diced red potatoes
  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 6 teaspoon whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • Butter spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350*F
  • Whisk together the water, broth, flour, & ranch flavor
  • Combine the green beans and diced potatoes in a casserole dish
  • Pour the broth mixture over the potatoes and green beans
  • Top with the Panko bread crumbs
  • Spritz with the butter spray to dampen slightly
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until bubbly
  • Allow to cool
