• ¾ pound cod fillets
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup green pepper, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • ½ cup your favorite no sugar added BBQ sauce


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line roasting pan (or baking sheet with lip) with foil and place cod in center
  • Season cod with spices
  • Top with lemon juice, peppers, and onions
  • Pour BBQ sauce on top of fish
  • Cover baking sheet or roasting pan with foil and seal
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily
