• 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced (12-16 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons Shotgun brand BBQ sauce (use sugar-free if available)
  • 4 tablespoons boiled cider
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Stevia based sugar substitute to equal the sweetness of 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • In a medium saucepan or skillet place chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, ranch seasoning and salt and pepper
  • Add remaining ingredients to chicken and stir to combine
  • Allow to cook on med heat until chicken is done and sauce has thickened some
  • Serve over salad, rice or with sides
