Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (fat free)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Stevia based sugar substitute to equal ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 2-3 broccoli crowns cut into bite sized pieces (about 6-8 cups)
  • 1 and ½ cups fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt with the vinegar, sugar substitute , garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to make the dressing
  • In a separate medium bowl, mix the broccoli, cheese and onion
  • Toss the dressing with the broccoli, cheese and onion mixture and enjoy!
