Ingredients

  • 4-6 assorted types of potatoes
  • ½ -1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ -1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fat free butter spray or butter flavored non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Cut potatoes in wedges or into small fries (wash well, do not peel) Place cut potatoes into a bowl and fill bowl with water
  • Let sit for about 30 minutes
  • Drain potatoes
  • Gently pat to remove excess water but not completely dry
  • Return potatoes back to the bowl
  • Spray potatoes with non fat butter spray
  • Add the spices
  • Toss until evenly coated
  • Spread out evenly onto a cookie sheet covered with nonstick aluminum foil
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes tossing halfway through
  • When golden brown they are done

Considerations

12 sprays of the fat free butter spray equals 1 gram of total fat if you are using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter brand. If using nonstick cooking spray, limit to a 2 second spray.

Use two cookie sheets if needed to make a single even layer
