Ingredients

  • 2 packages (12 ounce) frozen green beans
  • 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • Salt, to taste and as permitted
  • Ground Pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • On an edged baking sheet lined with foil, combine minced garlic and frozen green beans
  • In a small bowl, whisk together reduced-sodium soy sauce, water, garlic powder, onion powder. Include salt and pepper if using
  • Pour soy sauce mixture over green beans & mix ingredients together
  • Bake for 30 minutes, tossing mixture halfway through the cooking time
