• 1 large bunch of fresh kale destemmed (approximately 10 ounce package, washed and drained well)
  • Non-stick spray
  • ½-1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½-1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Rough chop destemmed kale
  • In a large skillet or wok, sprayed with a 2 second nonstick spray, place the chopped kale
  • Add spices to kale in the pan
  • Constantly stir kale over med heat until kale is crisp (this may take some time)
  • Remove from heat and enjoy as a snack alone or add to air popped popcorn
