Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 10 ounces diced venison
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 1 can of corn
  • 5 diced potatoes
  • ½ diced red onion
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine smashed garlic, onion powder, and cornstarch
  • In a heated skillet, add the venison and cornstarch mixture
  • Stir to combine
  • Watch the pan and sear all sides of the meat
  • Add to preheated crockpot
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the crockpot
  • Cook on high for 3.5 hours of low for 7 hours.
