Only one in four U.S. adults meet the physical activity guidelines for aerobic and muscle-strengthening exercise. Getting at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week can prevent cardiovascular disease.
In response to this statistic, the Foundation of the National Lipid Association (FNLA) is hosting
“Beat the Stats Wellness Challenge”.
This interactive initiative will begin May 29th and will run through October 17, 2025.
Throughout the campaign, participants will engage in a series of wellness challenges designed to promote healthy lifestyle habits, including physical activity challenges , a sleep challenge, a reading challenge, and much more. A step challenge will span the entire duration of the campaign, other challenges will be launched and completed at designated intervals.
