Ingredients

  • 6 oz (3/4 cup) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate. Use within 3 days.
