Simple Cod

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound cod fillets
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added BBQ sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line roasting pan (or baking sheet with lip) with foil and place cod in center.
  • Season cod with spices.
  • Top with lemon juice, peppers, and onions.
  • Pour BBQ sauce on top of fish.
  • Cover baking sheet or roasting pan with foil and seal.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Considerations
