Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (12 oz) frozen green beans
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste and as permitted
  • Ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • On an edged baking sheet lined with foil, combine minced garlic and frozen green beans.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together reduced-sodium soy sauce, water, garlic powder, onion powder. Include salt and pepper if using.
  • Pour soy sauce mixture over green beans & mix ingredients together.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, tossing mixture halfway through the cooking time.
