Ingredients

  • 10 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. 50% less sugar orange juice
  • 3 oz. low sugar orange marmalade
  • ½ to 1 oz. fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite green salad or vegetables
  • Season to taste
