2 tbsp favorite chicken seasoning (ex: Montreal chicken seasoning)
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Place raw chicken breast into your pressure cooker.
Sprinkle seasoning over chicken breasts.
Add chicken broth.
Place lid on pressure cooker and ensure the valve is set to “sealed.”
Cook on High pressure for 7-9 minutes for fresh chicken breasts or 9-11 minutes if using frozen chicken breast (depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts used).
After finished pressure cooking, allow to natural release for 10 minutes. Then, quick release any remaining pressure.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken breast is at least 165 degrees F.
Shred the chicken breast to use on salads, wraps, soups, or in our buffalo chicken dip!
