Fat-Free Basil & Red Wine Dressing

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz red wine vinegar
  • 2 oz fresh basil leaves
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1.5 oz light brown sugar OR brown sugar substitute (Truvia or Splenda)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve with your favorite green salad or vegetables.
  • Season to taste.
