Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of fresh kale destemmed (approximately 10 ounce package, washed and drained well)
  • Non-stick spray
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Rough chop de-stemmed kale.
  • In a large skillet or wok, sprayed with a 2 second nonstick spray, place the chopped kale.
  • Add spices to kale in the pan.
  • Constantly stir kale over med heat until kale is crisp (this may take some time).
  • Remove from heat and enjoy as a snack alone or add to air popped popcorn.
