Roasted Greens and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen asparagus
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place green beans and asparagus on cookie sheet.
  • Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle spices over the vegetables.
  • Toss together to ensure even coating.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes to desired level.
