Potato and Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups broth
  • 4 tsp ranch packet
  • 4-5 diced red potatoes
  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 6 tsp whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • Butter spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk together the water, broth, flour, & ranch flavor.
  • Combine the green beans and diced potatoes in a casserole dish.
  • Pour the broth mixture over the potatoes and green beans.
  • Top with the Panko bread crumbs.
  • Spritz with the butter spray to dampen slightly.
  • Bake for 50-minutes or until bubbly.
  • Allow to cool.
