Fat Free Citrus Mint Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 10 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. orange juice (50% less sugar)
  • 3 oz. low sugar orange marmalade
  • 1/2 to 1 oz. fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite green salad or vegetables.
  • Season to taste.
